Welcome to Ascend Coaching. By enrolling in our coaching services, you agree to the followingTerms of Service (“TOS”). Please read these terms carefully as they outline the mutual commitments between you (“Client”) and Ascend Coaching (“Coach”).

1. Coaching Relationship

The coaching sessions are designed to support midlife women in changing their relationship with alcohol to achieve lasting sobriety. While the Coach will provide tools, guidance, and support, the Client is responsible for implementing strategies and taking action to achieve personal results. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility

Participation in this program is intended for women in midlife seeking to achieve and maintain sobriety. By joining, you affirm that you meet this criterion and are committed to engaging meaningfully in the program.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared in one-on-one coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with the Client’s express consent. In group coaching sessions, while the Coach will encourage privacy, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to use discretion when sharing sensitive information.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for coaching services is due based on the agreed-upon schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Late or missed payments may result in the suspension of access to coaching services until payment is made. Refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined during enrollment, and all payment-related disputes must be addressed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Participate actively and respectfully in both group and one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Maintain the privacy of other participants by not disclosing shared information outside

the program.

• Be punctual and committed to attending scheduled sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided by Ascend Coaching are the intellectual property of the Coach. These materials are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission from Ascend Coaching.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Coach is committed to providing effective coaching strategies and a supportive environment. However, success is contingent on the Client’s effort and commitment. The Coach is not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences that may result from participating in the program. Clients acknowledge that coaching is a form of personal development and not a

guarantee of specific results.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 24 hours' written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled. In the case of pre-paid services, any potential refunds will be evaluated based on the program’s refund policy.

9. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Arizona.

10. Amendments and Updates

Ascend Coaching reserves the right to amend or update these TOS. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to these terms, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
